Deceuninck virtual showroom

Deceuninck has a virtual showroom tour to help customers adapt to remote selling and boost their online presence. It is designed to be embedded in fabricator and installer websites.

The system will be on show at the virtual exhibition, Fenex, on the weekend of 27-28 November.

The software behind the system lets users tour Deceuninck’s state-of-the-art showroom, zoom in on products and learn more about the windows and doors on display. The tour also includes videos and installation images.

“Lockdown restrictions and social distancing make it harder to visit showrooms but our new virtual reality tour is the next best thing”

– Rob McGlennon

Managing Director, Deceuninck

Demand

“Our fabricator and installer customers have seen huge demand post-lockdown, with more meetings taking place through virtual channels," continues Deceuninck's McGlennon. "They’ve adapted well to the challenges of social distancing and we developed this virtual showroom to give customers’ sales pitches and websites a competitive edge. Feedback has been fantastic so far.”

Launch

Deceuninck’s virtual showroom will be unveiled this month at Fenex, the UK’s first virtual fenestration exhibition for the trade, specifiers and homeowners. The first mini exhibition is taking place Friday 27-Saturday 28 November and will showcase the latest innovations in windows, doors and hardware.

The main virtual event will be Wednesday 21-Saturday 24 April 2021.
