Record-Breaking Ultra Installer Scheme

The Ultraframe Ultra Installer Scheme

Prior to Ultraframe temporarily closing its doors due to the coronavirus crisis, the Ultraframe Ultra Installer Scheme had recently seen a huge rise in the number of installation companies keen to promote their professionalism.

The scheme also allows installers to take advantage of the conservatory and extension sales leads provided to members. The company says the scheme has also been breaking records in terms of sales leads, with February 2020 recording the highest number of consumer leads generated for members in 3 years.

“Installation companies tell us that they are keen to promote themselves as being reputable to offer that all-important peace of mind to prospective customers, and the Ultra Installer Scheme helps them to do just that.”

– Alex Hewitt

Marketing Director, Ultraframe

High standards

Established by Ultraframe in 2004 to raise standards in the industry, the Ultra Installer Scheme promotes excellence in conservatory design, installation and service, with members undergoing ongoing assessments to maintain the high standards of the scheme.

Benefits

Ultra Installers can access a range of benefits, including sales leads, generated via the Ultraframe website. Unlike similar industry schemes which generate leads for windows and doors, the Ultra Installer Scheme generates sales leads for just conservatory, orangery and extension projects.

The Ultraframe website attracts homeowners looking for conservatory and extension advice early in their decision-making journey, giving installers the opportunity to lead the design process as they nurture them through the sales funnel.

Record applications

"Of course, the high-quality sales leads that we generate through the Ultraframe consumer website are a huge bonus. In fact, during February 2020, the number of leads generated on our website was at its highest level for 3 years," continued Ultraframe's Alex Hewitt. "We’ve also recently received a record number of applications for the Ultra Installer Scheme – in fact we now have waiting lists in some areas for companies wanting to join.”

Customer choice

Hewitt continues: "Research shows that homeowners like to choose from up to three reputable companies when extending their homes and the Ultra Installer Scheme helps them do just that - in each geographical the homeowner is offered a choice of up to three Ultra Installers. In addition to sales leads, members can access exclusive scheme marketing materials, have their own page on the Ultraframe website and benefit from expert business advice."

Assessment record

One new member has also been breaking records. Custom Glaze of Milton Keynes was awarded 95.5/100 in an Ultra Installer Assessment – the highest score ever awarded during the assessment for a new company joining the scheme.

Commenting about Custom Glaze’s record score, Ultraframe Sales Manager for the South East, Jane Blanchard, said: “The score of 95.5 achieved by Custom Glaze during their initial Ultra Installer Scheme assessment is outstanding and the highest ever score for a company joining the scheme. This is fantastic news and knowing Custom Glaze as I do. it doesn't surprise me at all - they are a great company who have just proved it again.”
