Reynaers is making it easier for members of its new Partner Network to attract leads with a new homeowner customer online hub that provides advice on aluminium window and door systems.

In addition to supporting homeowners to select the right windows and doors, the Reynaers at Home portal enables visitors to find a Reynaers at Home installer Partner who are local to them.

By working with homeowners on their project from the initial design and specification stages, Reynaers at Home Partners can forge stronger relationships with customers and ensure their individual needs are catered for.

How to join

To become a Reynaers at Home Partner, installers must meet strict criteria and be able to demonstrate a clear commitment to quality throughout their pre-sales, design, installation and after-sales processes. Renewed on an annual basis, regular checks and assessments will also be carried out to ensure Partners continue to reflect the high standards of the Network .

Once introduced through the portal, the homeowner and Partner installer will be able to work together to discuss their requirements and options, before the Partner co-ordinates the design, supply and installation of their made-to-measure windows and doors.
