Danelle Kaukau has been named Head of Member Services at Certass and Registered Installers can chat to her and other members for prompt facts direct via the Certass Members-only Facebook Forum.

Kaukau has been promoted in recognition of her impressive work to support installers and their businesses through Covid-19.

Since the launch of the Certass Trade Association Members-only Forum, Kaukau’s role has developed to give members easier access to the Certass team to get their queries answered quickly and accurately. Kaukau has facilitated this by running the forum and working directly with members to support their businesses with advice, resources and information.
