Read Full ArticleMila has acted swiftly to ensure that customers don’t experience any disruption following the administration of one of its delivery partners, Tuffnells.
Tuffnells went in to administration on Friday 9 June.
New delivery arrangements have already been put in place via other freight companies. Mila’s operations and program director Oliver Burgess has reassured customers that they can expect business as usual from Mila – albeit in different vehicles.
Burgess said: “We worked hard over the weekend to ensure that we were ready on Monday 12 June to send orders out via other freight partners.
“For Mila customers, the only change that they need to be aware of is that our order cut off time for next day delivery has now been brought forward to 3.30pm to take into account these partners’ earlier collection times.”
