Unique Window Systems and Kubu Smart Security staged a partnership launch event at the National Space Centre which sees all Unique windows and doors supplied with ‘Works with Kubu’ capability as standard with immediate effect.

140 representatives of the biggest installation companies presentations from Kubu’s MD, Ryan Bromley, head of projects and technical, Irun Sangha and design engineer, Tom Jameson. Collectively, they covered topics such as the reliable and secure nature of the technology employed by Kubu smart sensors, the ease with which they can be incorporated into new windows and doors and the functionality and benefits they offer homeowners.

This includes the ability to remotely check whether their home’s windows and doors are open, closed, locked, unlocked or on a vent setting as well as to receive alerts if someone enters or attempts to enter their property.

3-Levels to Smart as Standard

The Kubu team also highlighted the commercial opportunities available to installers through a ‘3-Levels to Smart as Standard’ sales strategy and Kubu ‘Pro Installer Scheme’, which actively encourages installers to take full advantage of current market trends and become smart installers as soon as possible, fully backed with Kubu’s marketing support.

Given the surging demand amongst consumers for smart technology and the exponential growth in people looking to benefit from connected homes, the sales potential for Kubu smart sensors and especially as a first to market solution, could be enormous.

During their presentations, the team drew parallels with other game-changing brands of smart home and home automation technology such as Nest, Hive, Sonos and Philips Hue.
