The move turns every installer’s device into a mobile payment and customer signature terminal.
This latest update enables onsite teams to collect electronic signatures via BPsign and request payments in real-time using Blink Payment links.
Installers can now take payment immediately after the job is completed, with options for customers to pay via card, bank transfer, Apple Pay or Google Pay – all from the same device used for installation reports and job updates.
Get paid quickly
“Speed and simplicity are everything when it comes to installation logistics,” says Ryan Schofield, the technical director of Business Pilot. “With BPsign and Blink built directly into the BPsite App, fitters can now close out jobs faster, more professionally and without the paperwork or payment delays.”
Previously integrated into the Business Pilot CRM platform, Blink Payment has already been praised by users for slashing admin time and improving cash flow. The addition of payment links into the BPsite App takes that functionality out on the road, meaning payments can be taken the moment the work is complete with no more chasing invoices.
“The ability to collect signatures and payments onsite means our users can streamline operations even further,” adds Schofield. “We’re continually looking for ways to make running an installation business easier. This is another major leap forward.”
