For Foots Sake

The Shoe Pull hands-free door opener

The online hardware seller, Philip Watts Design has created the Shoe Pull to get over the problem of germ transfer that might occur with conventional hand pull door handles.

Shoe Pull can adapt any free-opening door for foot operation and will also work where doors are operated remotely or via an access control mechanism. It is intended to complement pull handles and not necessarily replace them.

Even after Covid, it will be a useful addition to make the lives of those whose hands are full a little easier. It will not assist but will not hamper wheel-chair users.

NHS donations

For the next 12 months, Philip Watts Design will donate 20% of all profits from the sale of the foot operated door opener to NHS charities.

A 10 per cent discount is offered when six or more are purchased.

Solid

The product is manufactured from 4mm thick stainless steel and finished with a satin brushed polish for strength and longevity.
