Sheerline has added a new outer frame to its Classic window system. According to manufacturer Garnalex this option adds greater versatility and design possibilities by enabling the ultra-slim system to be used with deeper plaster lines and larger apertures.

Classic’s extended outer frame is 12.5mm higher and can be joined to the existing small outer frame to give a deeper bottom rail or accommodate on-site requirements. Compatible with Business Micros, Logikal and First Degree software, all Classic outer frames come with insulating foam to ensure a good perimeter seal and boost thermal performance.

Fabrication

Classic, Sheerline’s first aluminium window system, launched in 2020. This ultra-slim, beadless aluminium system offers performance and security combined with refined aesthetics according to Hartshorn. He says: “Classic’s patented corner jointing method also makes it quick and efficient to fabricate perfect corners time after time after time.”

Colour

Classic is available in 12 colours (including three anodised finishes) and dual colour combinations. Garnalex offers five working days turnaround on orders. Extruding at source and delivering from stock, Garnalex aims to make it easy for fabricators to improve their service, so installers don't keep their homeowner customers waiting on long lead times.
