Cassette Records Record

The FLiP door glazing cassette is being used by 85% of customers who buy door slabs and a full 100% of customers that buy fully prepped doors. Manufacturer, DoorCo, says the numbers produced are at record levels.

“Such high adoption rates are a testament to the trust and satisfaction our customers place in the FLiP system,” says DoorCo’s head of operations, Mark Towers. “The features of FLiP, such as the ‘Foam In Place’ technology where the system is always pre-foamed to save time and money during installation; the three different profiles, including two different flat profiles; and the simple corner and connector system which performs exceptionally well when it comes to security and weatherability, are what makes FLiP a massive hit with our customers. FLiP is easy and fast to install, looks great and is readily available to the whole market.”

Colours

Towers adds: “As with all our products, FLiP is stocked and always ready for immediate dispatch, ensuring the supply chain remains seamless and uninterrupted. Distribution customers can get FLiP on next day delivery in a range of stock colours, including Slate and Agate. For anything non-standard, FLiP can be painted to order in just days.

Thick

“The FLiP system is designed for enhanced compatibility, fitting composite doors of multiple slab thicknesses including 44mm & 48mm.

“FLiP’s versatility is enhanced further by the expansive array of design options it delivers, elevating the looks  of most composite door. The flat stipple and flat grained profiles available are outstanding for creating a more designer look that matches the door texture.

“Coming online soon are more new designs from FLiP, increasing the design options even further.”
