When conservatory roof specialist TCR Systems decided to add aluminium bi-folds to its product portfolio, it asked its existing trade customers which product and system they liked the best.

The most popular response was AluK.

TCR is now fabricating and supplying both AluK’s BSF70 HI and F82 Plus products.

Caroline Thompson, TCR’s marketing manager says: “Installers told us they liked the quality of the AluK products, the strength of the brand in the retail market and the ease of installation. They felt that AluK had a distinctive offering, different from many of the other aluminium systems companies and offered good value for money.

“We met with the AluK team and were impressed with the technical, sales and marketing support available. We particularly liked the fact that there are two Part L compliant options in the range, which means we can offer doors at different prices to appeal to different sectors of our market.

“TCR Systems has been a one-stop-shop supplier for Ultraframe conservatory roofs, lanterns and rooflights for more than 13 years and the AluK brand sits very comfortably alongside that, with a similar reputation for quality and design.”
