Accounts Administrator Role Adds Up For Hoult

A move into the construction industry adds up to the ideal job opportunity for AliMet Fabrications’ new accounts administrator Kerry Hoult.

She has joined the Bridgnorth company after recent roles in private accountancy firms and is expecting big returns from her new role.

Accounting career

It’s not the first time that Hoult has worked within the construction/hardware industry. She began her career as a credit controller for Unifix before moving on to roles with JBW Finishers and Simonswerk UK – during the first 14 years of her career before moving to private practice. She has spent the last eight years working on internal accounts and bookkeeping for Baldwins and more recently Baker Accountants, supporting clients across a range of industries, overseeing requirements such as the digitisation of accounts and tax returns.

Hoult has qualifications from the Association of Accounting Technicians and an OCR diploma in bookkeeping. Her new role will involve purchase/sales ledger management, bank reconciliation, VAT returns, liaising with customers/suppliers, credit control and general office duties.

AliMet Fabrications’ MD Steve Marshall says: “Kerry is the third appointment that we have made in recent months and a crucial one to the smooth running of our operations as the company continues to grow, focus on specific markets and establish new services.”
