Central Window Systems has expanded its product portfolio to include an aluminium option – the 58BW flush casement window from AluK.

According to Central Window Systems, the 58BW combines weather resistance, advanced performance, versatility and security. The company sees it as a durable alternative to timber and steel window systems suitable for both contemporary new-builds and refurbishment projects.

A double rebate and friction stays plus a U-value of 1.5 provide protection against bad weather.

PAS

With a 45mm sash and internal bead glazing of 24 to 35mm, the PAS24:2016 tested 58BW creates desirable sightlines. It is available in either top hung, side hung, multi-light or French casement configurations.

It includes multi-point locking and comes in single or dual colour, a textured or anodised finish. It can also be complemented with a choice of flat, putty line or stepped edge vent styles to suit a range of building applications and property styles.
