Building Our Skills – Making Fenestration, Glass and Glazing a Career of Choice has secured John Fredericks Plastics as a supporter.

Andy Wadham, the head of training & development for John Fredericks says: “We’re dedicated to ensuring our staff are given the right opportunities for career development through access to appropriate accredited training and the acquisition of sector-specific qualifications. In addition, our goal of helping to attract newcomers to the industry aligns perfectly with that of Building Our Skills.  We have also developed our new ‘Apprentice Pathway 2024’ to attract and recruit young people into the industry.

John Fredericks is a manufacturer of PVC-U and aluminium windows and doors that was established in 1970. The company employs 190 staff, servicing over 220 installers throughout the UK. The company’s product range is branded the Ultimate Collection.
