All There For Customer Care

The Window Company (Contracts) scooped the trophy for Customer Care Initiative of the Year at the G-25 Awards – and the whole team came up on stage to be recognised.

The awards were held at the end of November.

The judges praised the culture at the Chelmsford based social housing specialist, where customer care is at the very heart of the business.

Managing director Rob Petre said after the event: “Everyone in our team shares the same commitment to doing a great job on every installation. The people whose homes we work in might not own their properties or directly pay our bills but they all receive the same level of care from the first call to book their survey to the post installation call to check they are happy.

“That’s not just down to the culture though – we make that happen with highly efficient processes, rigorous attention to detail and comprehensive training programmes for every member of staff.

For all

Petre added: “This is an award for the whole team and one which I know will be warmly welcomed by all the clients we work with right across the social housing sector for whom resident satisfaction is their top priority.”

The proud team from The Window Company (Contracts) received the trophy from G-Awards judge and renowned industry character, Brian Shillibeer who is also the founder of The Installer media channels and of The Fabricator sister channels. Brian and the winning team were welcomed and congratulated by comedian and the night’s compere, Troy Hawke, the self-styled head of the ‘Greeters Guild’ at a glamorous ceremony held at London’s Hilton Park Lane hotel.
