Ali Rooflight From Listers

Listers now offers the Luma aluminium rooflight from Eurocell, which opens up a thriving market sector for more retail companies looking to extend their product ranges.

“Rooflights have grown in popularity over the last few years as homeowners looked to make the most of their space after the pandemic,” Listers’ MD Roy Frost says. “They can be fitted retrospectively or easily incorporated as part of a newbuild, and we’ve seen them specified on a range of projects, such as existing or new flat roof extensions, garage conversions and even garden rooms.”

Upsell

Frost adds: “Since they are very attractive and bring light to the very heart of a building, they also provide a great opportunity to upsell, which makes it a valuable product to have in your catalogue.”

Luma flat rooflights are fixed, with a sleek and contemporary look and feel and are made to measure in sizes up to 2.5sq.m. Unlike roof lanterns, there are no bars across the glass to interrupt the view of the sky or cast shadows across the room below.

They have an integral drainage system with self-cleaning glass.

They are secured from the inside, which means they are straightforward to install and easy to look after. The laminated glass also reduces external noise and provides an extra level of security.

Energy

Thermal performance also features highly. The thermally broken Luma aluminium rooflights can achieve U-values as low as 1.3W/m2K for double glazed and 0.92W/m2K for triple glazed.

“At Listers, we have rooflights and lanterns to suit most projects,” says Frost. “With the Luma aluminium flat rooflight, we can now offer that sleek contemporary aesthetic at a competitive price point, which will open this market sector to even more households.

“And to give our customers the best opportunity possible, we can provide the Luma aluminium rooflight in two off the shelf colours – matt black and white. We can also spray in any RAL colour in a longer lead time.”

Luma aluminium rooflights are also available from Listers’ Big Trade Counter.
