Installers using AdminBase can use the Campaigns marketing tool, a feature designed to ensure marketing activity is quicker, easier and more successful.

In addition, on the new web-based version of the AdminBase business management system, installers will also be able to use its Dashboard contract management tool, free of charge.

The Campaigns marketing tool eliminates the need to rely on third party sources while enabling installation companies to select the leads and customer data they wish to target directly from AdminBase.

Users can then create effective email, SMS, letter or phone marketing campaigns, which can be followed up by tele-canvassers who can then record notes or comments, pushing any new leads generated back into the AdminBase system.

For instance, a marketeer using Campaigns will be able to track who has clicked on emails or can resend or update data easily if required – something that is notoriously difficult to do using Mailchimp."

Dashboard

Ridge adds: “Dashboard allows users to create a ‘to do’ or checklist for every ongoing lead or contract, with each stage assigned a traffic light system so that managers can keep track of progress at a glance rather than having to repeatedly run status reports.”

Originally introduced over five years ago, Dashboard has been a hugely popular feature among AdminBase customers and is now available at no additional cost for users who sign up to the new web-based version of the business management system.
