One of the UK’s top manufacturers has chosen The Installer to announce that Crystal Window & Door Centres will be located at UK builders merchants to sell windows, doors and conservatory products...and there are jobs available too.

Martin Randall is the owner of Crystal Direct. He has often proved a positively disruptive force in the industry. He knows only too well that when his competitors pull their marketing horns in during tough times, that his cue to spend large where others fear to tread....when the tough times recede (as they always do) Randall and his companies find themselves sitting pretty whilst all around are fighting for scraps.

Kevin Morgan, Crystal’s Group Commercial Director’ adds: “We understand the merchant sector having worked within it for the last decade.  Builders are regularly buying windows and doors but not necessarily from the merchant. We want to change that!

"We want the builder to buy windows and doors alongside their bricks and blocks. This new initiative is exciting and our partnership with merchants will ensure both businesses take advantage of each other’s expertise and above all grow sales.”

What's on offer

Jobs available now

Cornwall also says Crystal will help make sales and is recruiting for centre managers now: “By talking directly to the end-user we have the opportunity to understand their needs, build trust, determine needs and present a solution and more importantly close the sale. "We’re building a strong network of centres across the UK, manned by experts who provide help and support. We have many more planned - we are recruiting for our existing network and for those to come.”
