GGF Urges Companies to Work Safe In Lockdown 2

John Agnew, Managing Director, Glass & Glazing Federation.

The GGF is urging all companies and workers in the sector to make sure they not only stay safe but also work safe during the latest lockdown.

In May, the Glass & Glazing Federation issued Safe Guides for installers and consumers as well as publishing the Site Operating Procedures for construction sites as well as manufacturing safe guidance. As the second wave rises, this guidance is still available for free download to all companies in the industry.

“The latest lockdown restrictions will dramatically affect many sectors. it is welcomed that the UK and Irish Governments are trying to keep pillars of the economy going and that includes manufacturing, construction and home improvement.”
