A factory

Foam sealant tape specialist, ISO-Chemie, is investing in its international infrastructure with a firm focus on expansion and growth this year.

The company is constructing an additional warehouse at its factory headquarters in Aalen, Germany, as part of a multi-million pound project to double current capacity and enhance green production processes.

the new investment will allow UK customers, who include door and window installers, designers, architects and housebuilders, to continue to benefit from rapid deliveries of new foam sealant tape products from the European facility.

Customers will also continue to be able to collect UK stock as well as receive next day deliveries while architects and window and doors product specifiers, can tap into expertise around the benefits of using specialist technology to secure energy efficient solutions.

Andy Swift, sales and operations manager - UK & ROI, said expansion provides the platform for further growth, in terms of both quantity and quality. He said: “We are seeing strong demand for our products from all sectors of the market. By making these investments now to support operations, we will remain well placed to provide customers with a fast, efficient and cost-effective service.

“Indeed, the additional warehouse at our German factory ensures production keeps up with expected demand. With innovative products and construction increasing, we look forward to the next 12 months, particularly as building houses to higher air and thermal standards remains a priority."

ISO-Chemie is one of Europe’s main producers of impregnated foam sealants, specialising in the manufacture of foam products from polyethylene (EPE), polypropylene (EPP) and polyurethane (PUR) using the latest production techniques. With hundreds of pallets in UK stock for next day delivery, the company can service the whole industry.
