Planning permission has been granted for Elthorne Works, a co-location scheme in the London Borough of Ealing. The redevelopment will provide extensive workspace, together with private and affordable housing.

The project will comprise of 205 apartments in three buildings above a podium of eight townhouses.

The modern industrial units on the ground floor will provide flexible commercial space which can be adapted to suit individual occupier requirements.

 

Crossrail

The former industrial site sit on the path of Crossrail - the commuter service stretching from Reading in Berkshire, through Central London to Greenwich in the east of London. Hanwell, will be the local station.

MHA is responsible for the project.
